However, due to the need to use ultraviolet light sources for observation, existing ultraviolet lamps are time-consuming and time-consuming to use. Ultraviolet radiation can cause cancer and harm to humans, greatly limiting the application of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.

The black and white dual-purpose charging AC magnetic yoke flaw detector developed by our company combines ultraviolet light source and magnetic detector organically. When needed, the ultraviolet lamp automatically lights up, and the light intensity is high, constant, and does not irradiate the human body, making fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detection operation very easy and safe.
